Storefront & Retail Pressure Washing

We keep storefront concrete, entryways, sidewalks, and dumpster pads clean for retail properties across the Central Valley, East Bay, and Greater Sacramento. Service runs on a recurring schedule, at night or before open, so your doors are never blocked during business hours. Every visit ends with a photo report sent straight to you.

What we clean at retail properties

Retail concrete takes a specific kind of abuse. Gum flattens into black discs on entry pads. Coffee, soda, and ice cream spills bake into the surface. Bird droppings collect under signage and awnings. Dumpster pads build up a layer of grease and leachate that spreads onto the drive lane. We handle all of it: entry concrete, sidewalks, awnings and fascia, window frames and sills, cart areas, and the dumpster enclosure. Gum and grease come off with hot water at the nozzle, not by grinding the surface. Large flatwork gets a surface cleaner, which cleans evenly and avoids the striping a wand leaves behind.

Why clean concrete is a revenue issue

Shoppers judge a store before they touch the door handle. A gum-covered entry pad reads as neglect, and neglect pushes foot traffic to the tenant next door. Most retail leases also spell out appearance and common-area maintenance standards, so a dirty frontage can put a tenant out of compliance without anyone noticing until an inspection. Then there is liability. Grease tracked from a dumpster pad and algae in shaded corners are slip hazards, and slip-and-fall claims land on whoever controls the property. Regular washing removes the hazard and gives you a documented maintenance record if a claim ever surfaces.

How recurring service works

We build your property into a route: monthly, quarterly, or a frequency matched to your foot traffic. Crews work at night or in early-morning windows so customers never walk through a work zone and doors never close for cleaning. You get the same scope every visit, and a photo report after each one showing what was cleaned and its condition. No chasing vendors, no wondering whether the crew showed up.

Wastewater and compliance

Storm drains carry runoff to creeks and rivers untreated, and municipalities across our service area prohibit discharging wash water that carries grease, oils, or detergents into them. On dumpster pads and any greasy surface, we capture and recover the wash water instead of letting it run to the drain. That keeps your property compliant with local stormwater rules and keeps the liability off your desk.

What shapes your quote

We price recurring retail work on a few factors: total square footage of flatwork, gum density on the entry areas, the condition of the dumpster pad, water access on site, night-access logistics, and how often you want us there. More frequent service usually means lighter soil load per visit, which is reflected in the contract. We walk the property, scope it with you, and put the full recurring plan in writing before any work starts.

Questions We Actually Get

Can you clean without shutting down our stores?

Yes. We schedule retail work overnight or before open, so cleaning never interferes with customers or deliveries. Wet surfaces are dry or nearly dry by the time doors open, and we cone off anything that is not.

How do you remove gum without damaging the concrete?

Hot water and controlled pressure. Heat softens the gum so it releases from the surface instead of being blasted off, which is what chips and etches concrete. The result is clean flatwork with no scarring.

How often should a retail storefront be washed?

Monthly for high-traffic entries, quarterly for lower-traffic frontage, is the range most retail properties land in. We look at your foot traffic, food tenants, and shade exposure, then recommend a frequency instead of guessing.

Do we get proof the work was done?

Yes, after every visit. You receive a photo report showing the areas cleaned and their condition, tied to the service date. It doubles as a maintenance record for lease compliance and liability documentation.

Do you use our water?

Usually, yes, through an exterior spigot, and the volume is modest because our surface cleaners work efficiently. If the site has no accessible water, tell us during the walkthrough and we bring our own tank.
