Can you get the green tint off my stucco?

Will cleaning damage the stucco texture or paint?
Not with a soft wash. Low pressure preserves the texture and finish; it is high-pressure washing that etches lines and pops paint, which is exactly why we refuse to do it.
What are the orange streaks near my sprinklers?
Iron staining from hard water overspray: very common on Manteca stucco. It needs an oxalic-acid-based treatment; neither pressure nor standard detergent will remove rust.
