Turning down a pressure washer is not the same as soft washing. Proper soft wash is a different system: detergent doing the work at little more than hose pressure. That is what stucco needs.
Will the wash remove rust stains on my stucco?
Sprinkler rust needs a separate oxalic-acid-based treatment, which we include when we see the stains. Standard detergent alone will not dissolve mineral staining.
My stucco has hairline cracks. Is washing safe?
Soft washing is: the low pressure does not drive water into cracks the way a pressure wand does. We also flag any cracks we see so you can plan sealing.
